This Sunday is Pastor Joe’s last weekend as our guest speaker. Please come and hear his sermon ‘Love Story’. Pastor Joe had been a blessing to us and we thank him for all his love and support these past few weeks as we transition into this new season.

Cedar Creek Kids Corner – July 30th

This Sunday, our First Steps Toddlers will learn a song and play a relevant game to wrap up their lesson on the book of Jonah.  The Kid’s Creek Elementary group will participate in a read-aloud story and discussion of Elisha and the Servant Girl (2Kings 5:1-19).  They will also play a trivia quiz to review this month’s lessons.

2017 CCCC Events Calendar- Dates of fellowship opportunities.  

 

Saturday August 5th – Ozaukee County Fair night.  We are looking to attend the county fair as a church group on Saturday August 5th.  We’ll meet in the commercial building on the north end of the fair grounds.  This is an opportunity to have fellowship together within the community. See Josh Branham for details.

Voice of the Martyr Update

We almost have our twelfth and thirteenth packs filled! Once mailed off, we will have officially exceeded our goal of 12 action packs provided for the foundation this year!  Our total funds raised (including the costs of the packs) is $573.35!  Way to make an impact Cedar Creek!! Please pray with us that these packs may be a deep lesson for our Cedar Creek kids in compassion and sharing the love of Christ, and also a blessing to the recipients most in need.

 

Welcome Pastor Mark, April and Sofia– August 6th!

The long wait is over, and in one more week CCCC will welcome new Senior Pastor Mark Burkholder and his wife April and daughter Sofia! Please pray for them as they move across the country and get settled into their new home.

Cedar Creek Kids – Please Help Support Their Mission!

Our Kid’s Creek Elementary ministry will be given a mission this year: to reach out and help 12 Christian families that are currently facing persecution for their faith. Each month they will put together a medical, outreach, or action pack through the Voice of the Martyr Foundation.

If you are interested in supporting them in their mission, there is a basket for monetary collection next to the coffee area, or you can write a check to Jaime Branham and she will purchase the supplies for the kits.  The cost to order a self-fill pack is $7 each. You may also bring NEW items from the following list:

  • Blankets
  • Jackets/Windbreakers (adult/child)
  • Light Sweater (adult/child)
  • Socks (adult/child)
  • Solid color t-shirt (any child size)
  • Bed Sheet
  • Towel
  • Bar of Soap
  • Sponge or foam ball
