Cedar Creek Kids Corner – May 7th
The month of May begins our children’s ministry lessons on spreading the gospel to others!
Our First Steps toddlers will be learning the story of Peter and Tabitha (Acts 9:36-43) through dramatic play this week.
Our Kid’s Creek Elementary group will read the story of Peter and John healing the lame man (Acts 3:1-4:22) and discuss how standing up for the Truth of Jesus is still important today. They will also play “bible verse hopscotch” and learn a song to help them remember the story.
Children’s Ministry is still in need of volunteers!

Parenting Small Group
Pastor Rob is leading a Parenting Small Group at Cedar Creek Community Church. Child care will be provided. The group will meet on select Saturday’s from 2pm – 3pm until early June. See Pastor Rob dates.
May 21st – Small Group Leaders & Hosts Meeting
The meeting is for anyone interested in Leading or Hosting a small group. It will take place after church and last for one hour. Lunch provided.
June 11th – Baptism
If you are interested in becoming baptized, Pastor Rob will be conducting classes soon for a June 11th baptism at CCCC. For more information, please contact Pastor Rob.

The Team is currently working on proceeding with the in-person interviews as well as working with candidates to schedule visits. Continued prayers and support are needed as they are coming close to a final decision.
Cedar Creek Kids – Please Help Support Their Mission!

Our Kid’s Creek Elementary ministry will be given a mission this year: to reach out and help 12 Christian families that are currently facing persecution for their faith. Each month they will put together a medical, outreach, or action pack through the Voice of the Martyr Foundation.
If you are interested in supporting them in their mission, there is a basket for monetary collection next to the coffee area, or you can write a check to Jaime Branham and she will purchase the supplies for the kits. The cost to order a self-fill pack is $7 each. You may also bring NEW items from the following list:
